As of 27th of July Successr’s founder Dorus Swinkels has acquired all shares from the investors of YouKnights BV, who co-started the company in 2019. Simultaneously, Chrissy Broeders has entered the company as partner and co-owner on July 27th.
Chrissy has been active in the company since June of 2020 in the position as Operations Director and will continue in the same role, overseeing Operations and the teams of Consultants, Business Partners and Talent Sourcers. Together with Dorus Swinkels and Maaike van den Heuvel-Heesbeen, she forms the Successr Management Team.
Both Dorus Swinkels as Chrissy Broeders have an extensive all-round background in international Talent Acquisition and HR and are subject matter experts in the industry.
Founded in 2019, Successr started in consulting small and mid-sized companies about their succession planning or transformational plans, focusing on Executive Search, Leadership Development and Talent Management solutions. With the growth of the company up to 30 HR and TA professionals today, also the service delivery developed.
Aiming for sustainable talent strategies, Successr now positions as a business partner for companies which are searching for improvement or solutions for their Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies. Within their conceptual Talent Design House, Successr offers operational recruitment solutions (e.g. recruitment and sourcing support) all the way up to full recruitment process outsourcing and strategic TA & HR advice. Having developed a unique way of working and their own traineeship, Successr aims to constantly innovate, and differentiates by a highly data-driven and quality-focused approach.
In the new shareholder construction, the Successr management team strategizes for the rapidly changing labor market and is planning new initiatives and technical solutions to tackle the forecasted complexities in the transforming labor market.
