The Xcelerate Recruitment Traineeship

The Recruitment Traineeship was developed by the Talent Acquisition Team at Successr. The Talent Acquisition Team at Successr has extensive talent acquisition experience and recruits for international fast growing companies, like LightYear and Vanderlande. The Xcelerate Recruitment Traineeship supports you through a combination of classroom based or online training, one to one coaching and mentoring throughout every stage of the Traineeship.

To ensure that you make the most out of your Traineeship, you are partnered with a mentor (a senior recruiter) at Successr who will oversee your career development and provide 1 to 1 coaching on an ongoing basis. You will also join the Talent Sourcing Team at Successr, to share experiences and ask for help when you need it.

You will gain working experience as a jr. recruiter at one of our clients!

What will you be learning?

The on the job training starts immediately and you will be working on actual hiring challenges from day 1!

You will be learning about talent Sourcing, the industry that the client works in, interviewing candidates, updating your communication skills, partnering with business partners, sourcing for competencies, writing job advertisements and much more!

Is this a perfect description of you?

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• An interest in recruitment and sourcing, preferably relevant recruitment experience
• Willingness to learn a new profession
• Confident personality
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Good working-knowledge of the English language
