At the end of 2023, Mujin registered its European entity in the Netherlands as part of its expansion into the European market. With existing locations in Japan and the United States, Mujin had no prior knowledge of Dutch HR and recruitment processes. To establish these operations, they needed a trusted partner with expertise in the field.
After an introduction between Lukasz (CEO Mujin Europe) and Dorus (CEO Successr), a partnership was formed to set up the initial HR and recruitment processes and hire Mujin’s first employees in the Netherlands.
