Rubix, a technical wholesaler with a strong market position in (Western) Europe, aimed to further professionalize its HR organization. Rubix has a history of merging complementary brands and labels. With locations spread across the Benelux and varying cultures and processes at each site, establishing a streamlined and harmonized HR policy was a challenge. Additionally, the company struggled to attract technical-commercial profiles, which are scarce and highly sought after.

Together with Successr, Rubix underwent an HR transformation, focusing on five key pillars:
- Employer Branding – Developing and launching a new Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to position Rubix as an attractive employer.
- Data-Driven Recruitment – Implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and conversion rates.

- Employer Branding: Following extensive research, Rubix launched its new EVP. Engaging content was created, and the new website and awareness campaigns went live—strengthening internal pride in the brand and company.
- ATS Implementation: With Successr’s support, Rubix implemented its new ATS, allowing for better data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Improved Internal Processes: Recruitment is now more structured, enhancing collaboration between HR and hiring managers—resulting in significant cost savings.
