They needed flexible support to fill hard-to-find roles such as all-round service technicians and electrical engineers more quickly. Due to the tight labor market, recruitment was falling behind the company’s growth ambitions.
Successr’s Solution .
We helped Vanderlande with a scalable and flexible recruitment approach. Our hybrid team—consisting of three recruiters and one sourcer at Vanderlande, plus five additional sourcers from our back office—took a strategic approach to hiring. Through active sourcing and innovative methods, such as our sourcing bootcamp, we identified 500 potential candidates for the electrical engineer role in just one day. The result? Within a year, we filled 120 vacancies, both at Vanderlande’s headquarters in Veghel and at key locations such as Schiphol and the AH distribution center in Zaandam
