At Successr you will be part of a small hard working team. Together with our clients we work with them on all types of recruitment challenges. Working hard, having fun and sharing our successes, that is Successr!
We work on executive search projects, but also high volume (inhouse) sourcing projects. Successr is working together with her clients to make both the company and the candidates successful!
Function
- Searching and activating passive candidates to find the best candidates for the search process
- Doing market research and make analyses of companies and target groups
- Participate in the development or our (online) communication to reach out to specific target groups
- Being part of the sourcing team to support recruitment projects
- Develop talent sourcing strategies, together with your colleagues
- Building talent poles for scarce positions
- Working on innovative recruitment tools
Requirements
Recruitment is you passion! You have your own vision on the future of recruitment
- You are tech savvy, familiair with LinkedIn (search), Boolean search and other niche candidate platforms
- You are a real hunter, sourcing gives you energy and you don’t mind picking up the phone and reach out to candidates
- You enjoy looking for creative solutions and to reach out to scarce candidates
