Function
In our 1-year Talent Traineeship, we teach you everything you need to know to become the best in town! We give you training, personal guidance and of course experience in the field. You help others in the growth of their career while you work on that of your own: can it get even better? We offer you a full-time job, with a good salary and terms. Most of your time you will be working as a recruiter or sourcer, and you will also attend training courses. We will ensure that you become a master in sourcing and recruitment, but also take your personal skills to new heights. You can immediately put the knowledge you receive from us into practice. In addition to the training courses, we also have a buddy program. This buddy will help you with everything: from practical work-related matters to personal and inspiring sessions. Your buddy will be there.
Requirements
You are fresh on the market and have just received your HBO or WO degree. It doesn’t matter what you’ve studied: we think it’s especially important that you have a passion for recruitment! You have a good command of the English language. You don’t have to be Dutch, but you understand the Dutch culture. You are curious, have a can-do mentality, are responsible, independent and focused. You have an affinity with the high-tech and/or manufacturing industry: this is where most of our customers are in. You have a strong creative mind to reach difficult target groups and come up with innovative solutions.
